Chance

I have to tell you that Chance could not be more adorable if he tried. That little bugger is the sweetest, friendliest little cuddle bug that was planted on Minnesota soil. He arrived safely Saturday morning. Evidently when BJ put him in Gary's SUV, he had the car running so he would stay warm....well, Chance hit the automatic lock button with his paw...thankfully BJ made enough faces in the widow to have Chance hit the unlock button so that the journey could begin! YIKES! My girlfriends threw me a surprise Pug shower Friday night with balloons, champagne, all kinds of toys and a stuffed Pug animal with an eye missing. What a blast. My mom was up visiting that weekend too, so it was extra special. Anyway, he got here around 9am, and was nose to nose with the one- eyed cat in no time. They have coexisted relatively well for such a short time. He loves his walks, and when he gets inside, he does wheelies around the house catapolting off the furniture and making several circles, sliding on the linoleum in the kitchen in the process, and then off to the food dish! He is a gas! Also, he loves to sleep and snore. His snoring puts me to sleep, which is good, because I lay awake for hours sometimes. Today I went back to work and left the baby gates down so he could have the run of the house. I stopped home over lunch, and decided to bring him back to the office to show him to the folks here. Needless to say, everybody fell in love with him. Everyone came running out of their cubes! He got more love and hugs than his little heart could stand. I'm quite sure he will be in a coma for the next 12 hours. Everyone at work wants one just like him! Thanks for keeping Chance safe and sound for the months that we could not have him here. We really appreciate that.
